1:1 Fitness & Nutrition

Everything starts not only by understanding your goals, but also your reality: background, lifestyle, habits, preferences, previous attempts to improve your wellness, passions. This will allow us to recommend new healthier habits that are less drastic for you and therefore more sustainable.

We’ll work with you to track your efforts (food log, exercise, new habits) and results (not only weight, also muscle mass, pictures, overall health), and tweak your game plan accordingly.

You'll tell us:

  • If you got kids
  • What do you do for work
  • How’s your sleep quality
  • Current physical condition
  • Eating habits
  • What sports or outdoor activities do you like

Among a couple others…

Based on that, we’ll design your monthly online plan with:

Fitness:

  • Type of exercises
  • Frequency and length of training sessions
  • Volume of reps, sets and weight of each

Nutrition:

  • Individualized meal plan
  • Guide to improve food selection.

We’ll be tracking progress and results, offering you 24/7 support via our app, and meet once per month via video call to discuss what’s working, what’s not, and the new adjusted plan for the next 4 weeks. Also, this mentorships we’ll be educating you to succeed on getting the healthier lifestyle you are looking for.
